PP PE double wall corrugated pipe machine

The main components of the double wall corrugated pipe production line are:
1. Extruder:
The extruder melts and mixes the raw material PP or PE particles. It is designed specifically for high output and stability. Then transport the uniformly melted plastic into the mold.
2. Mold:
The special double wall mold makes the inner wall of the pipeline smooth and the outer wall corrugated. Accurate temperature control ensures that the pipeline maintains the required profile and quality.
3. Vacuum calibration and cooling system:
After extrusion, the pipeline is immediately passed through a vacuum calibration tank, which forms and solidifies the pipeline while maintaining the corrugated structure. The cooling tank lowers the temperature to fully solidify the pipeline.
