Uniform dispersion: Ensure that dozens of raw materials with significant differences in dosage (ranging from tens of percent to tens of thousands) are evenly distributed at the molecular level, avoiding local defects in the product caused by uneven mixing (such as color difference, fisheye, and uneven performance).
Preplasticization (gel): In the process of hot mixing, the PVC resin particles partially absorb the plasticizer and lubricant, slightly swell, and form a loose and elastic dry mixture (commonly known as "dry mixture" or "PVC mixture"), which greatly improves the subsequent plasticization efficiency.
Discharge water and volatile substances: The frictional heat generated by high-speed stirring can evaporate trace amounts of water and low boiling point volatile substances in the raw materials, reducing bubbles and pores in the product.
Improve production efficiency: The prepared dry mix has good fluidity, making it easy to transport and automatically feed, ensuring stable continuous production.
Applications of PVC Mixer Machine
PVC products: PVC mixer can be used to manufacture PVC pipe, plate, profile, molding products and so on. By the PVC resin, additives, stabilizers and other raw materials and additives mixed evenly, and then through extrusion, injection molding and other processes to make a variety of PVC products.
