1. Raw material processing system

This is the starting point of production, ensuring the accuracy and stability of raw materials.

·Automatic batching system: composed of multiple raw material warehouses (storing PVC resin, calcium carbonate, etc.), liquid tanks (plasticizers, etc.), and high-precision weight loss measuring scales. The computer control system automatically calculates and delivers various raw materials based on the formula.

·High speed hot mixer&cold mixer: Put the prepared raw materials into the hot mixer, and generate heat through high-speed stirring and friction to evenly mix the materials and reach the set temperature. Then quickly put it into the cold mixer for cooling to prevent clumping and degradation, forming a ready to use dry mixture.

2. Extrusion system - the heart of the production line

Multi layer LVT flooring (usually composed of bottom layer, printed layer, and wear-resistant layer) requires multiple extruders to work together.

·Main extruder: A parallel twin-screw extruder is typically used to process the core layer of flooring. Twin screws have strong shear, plasticizing, and mixing capabilities, making them ideal for processing PVC powder materials and ensuring the compactness and uniformity of the substrate.

·Surface extruder: Use a single screw extruder to process transparent wear-resistant layers. The raw material for this layer is usually granular and requires high plasticization, which must be uniform and transparent.

·Co extrusion die: This is the core technology. Multiple extruders (such as one twin-screw and two single screws) merge molten plastic into a precision multi-channel co extrusion die. Each layer of molten material is combined within the mold head, but with clear boundaries, forming a multi-layered molten strip that flows out as a whole.

3. Rolling and shaping system

Compact, thicken, and impart surface gloss or texture to the molten sheet material coming out of the mold.

·Rolling mill unit: usually composed of multiple (such as three roll, four roll, or five roll) large, high-precision, chrome plated heating rollers. The molten sheet is rolled into plates with extremely precise thickness, smooth surface, or embossed patterns through the gaps between the rollers.

·Online printing unit (optional): If online printing technology is used, the designed wood grain and stone pattern will be directly printed on the substrate through a gravure printing device before entering the rolling machine after the substrate is extruded. The embossing roller will accurately align with the printed pattern (register the pattern), pressing out synchronized concave and convex textures to achieve realistic tactile and visual effects.

4. Cooling and traction system

·Cooling roller group: After high-temperature rolling, the sheet must be slowly and evenly cooled to prevent internal stress from causing product deformation. A series of cooling rollers gradually cool the sheet to room temperature through internal circulating water.

·Tractor: Provides stable and adjustable tension to smoothly pull the sheets forward on the entire production line, maintaining a constant line speed, which is the key to ensuring continuous production and uniform thickness.

5. Surface treatment system

·UV coating machine: For high-end products, UV coating process will be added after cooling. The equipment will evenly coat the liquid UV paint on the floor surface, and then immediately use the UV curing device to cure the paint surface into a hard, wear-resistant, and scratch resistant protective layer in seconds. Multiple coatings (primer, topcoat) can be applied.

6. Roll up and cutting system

·Automatic winding machine: Roll the final product into a large roll (mother roll). Adopting a tension automatic control system to ensure consistent tension inside and outside the coil, without wrinkles.

·Online slitting machine: Before winding, use a sharp disc knife to cut the wide mother roll into several narrow rolls according to the customer's requested width.
