The conical twin-screw extruder is an industrial equipment used for mixing and extruding thermoplastic materials. It is mainly used for direct molding of pipes, sheets, and profiles of materials such as rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC), and has both plastic modification and powder granulation functions. Its core structure consists of conical twin-screw, barrel, temperature control system and transmission device, which can be adapted to variable frequency speed regulation motor and intelligent control system to achieve energy-saving operation.

The device adopts a low shear screw design to reduce the risk of material thermal decomposition, and ensures plasticization uniformity through a two-stage core temperature control and vacuum exhaust device. The machine barrel is equipped with a cast aluminum heater and a cooling fan, which, together with gradient temperature control technology, can accurately adjust the processing temperature range. The transmission system integrates overload protection and fault alarm functions, and achieves rapid mold replacement through modular design to meet the continuous production needs of multiple categories of plastic products. Some improved equipment is equipped with waste heat recovery, self-cleaning feed inlet, and exhaust gas purification system, further improving energy efficiency and environmental performance.

The conical twin-screw extruder has the characteristics of uniform plasticization mixing, high output, stable quality, wide adaptability, long service life, and direct molding of PVC powder. Equipped with corresponding molding head molds and auxiliary machines, various thermoplastic materials, especially rigid polyvinyl chloride powder, can be directly extruded into plastic products such as pipes, plates, sheets, rods, films, and profiles. It can also complete the modification of various plastics and powder granulation processes.

The conical twin-screw extruder has stable performance and can effectively plasticize and extrude the melt at lower temperatures. The barrel is equipped with a cast aluminum heater, which has high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform heating, and is equipped with a cooling fan.

The specially designed transmission part adopts a new type of variable frequency motor drive or direct drive current motor, which runs smoothly, transmits large torque, and has high efficiency. By importing frequency converters or DC speed controllers, it is possible to achieve stepless and smooth speed regulation, high precision, and energy saving. Adopting an intelligent dual display digital temperature controller, it has high control accuracy and small temperature fluctuations. Equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling and other functions, and equipped with vacuum exhaust pipe device and quantitative feeding device
