Parallel twin-screw extruders are widely used for filling, blending, modifying, reinforcing, and devolatilization treatment of rubber and engineering resins, chlorinated polypropylene, and superabsorbent resins; Extrusion of biodegradable masterbatch, polyamide condensation, and polyurethane polymerization reaction; Granulation of carbon powder and magnetic powder, preparation of insulation and sheath materials for cables, low smoke and low halogen flame-retardant PVC cable materials, and various silane crosslinking materials. Small models are mainly used for scientific research and teaching.

Parallel and co directional twin-screw extrusion system:

The screw and cylinder adopt a "building block" structure, which has good interchangeability and can be used in any combination according to different material processing techniques; The cylinder is made of nitride steel and bimetallic materials, which are wear-resistant

Corrosion resistance and extended service life; The threaded components are made of nitride steel and high-speed tool steel, and the curves are designed with computer-aided technology, combined with unique processing techniques, to ensure the normal teeth of the threaded working section

Face gap and good self-cleaning performance; The specially designed connection method and transmission device enhance the strength of threaded components and core shafts, achieving uniform material dispersion, good mixing and plasticizing effects, and material stagnation

The purpose of short retention time and high conveying efficiency.

 

Deceleration system

 

Adopting a plastic machinery specific gearbox, [1] the transmission components are made of high-quality and ultra-high alloy carburizing steel, combined with carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding processes for manufacturing. The key components have added surface strengthening treatment, and the teeth.

The surface strength is HRC54-62, the core hardness is HRC30-40, and the gear level is 6. This system has the characteristics of high speed, high torque, and low noise.

 

Feeding system

 

Adopting a quantitative feeding system with a twin-screw mixer, the feeding is uniform, accurate, and does not produce any shelving phenomenon.

 

Electric control system

 

Imported electrical components are used, the control panel is a human-machine interface, and each part of the equipment adopts a "modular" control (which can also be configured according to user requirements). The multifunctional module structure is clear and has safety features

The fully interlocked device (such as lubrication pressure loss protection, machine head pressure protection, overcurrent protection, etc.) truly reflects the operation status of the equipment, with accurate control, high sensitivity, and easy operation.

 

Heating system

 

Adopting aluminum casting, copper casting, and ceramic resistance heating devices, the heating is uniform, the temperature rise is fast, and the temperature control accuracy is high.

Temperature control system:

Adopting a dual channel temperature control meter, it has sensitive response, convenient temperature setting and adjustment, and high temperature control accuracy.

 

Cooling system

 

Adopting two forms of cooling: water cooling, oil cooling, and air cooling, the cooling is rapid, uniform, and effective.

 

Vacuum system

 

Built in vacuum system, with a vacuum degree of up to 0.09Mpa., ensuring full plasticization of materials and improving product quality.

 

Auxiliary machinery

 

According to different process requirements of users, various cutting forms such as cold drawn strip cutting, drag chain traction cutting, air-cooled die surface hot cutting, water ring hot cutting, etc. can be selected.
