1. 1. High speed and efficient mixing type parallel twin-screw extruder
·This is the core power source of the production line. It is necessary to use a co rotating twin-screw extruder, as it has excellent mixing, shearing, exhaust, and self-cleaning functions, and can fully homogenize the mixture of PP and a large amount of filler.
·The screw and barrel need to be made of high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel (such as 38CrMoAlA nitrided) to cope with the wear of the packing.
·Equipped with a precise temperature control system (usually water-cooled+air-cooled) to ensure stable plasticization process.
2. Specialized composite molds
·This is the technical core of the production line, with the highest value. The mold structure is extremely complex and adopts a multi-stage diversion design to ensure that the molten material flow can evenly fill each reinforcing rib and rib position, avoiding defects such as material shortage and uneven welding lines.
·The mold lip is usually designed as adjustable to fine tune the thickness of the sheet metal.
3. High precision vacuum shaping table and cooling system
·This is the key to forming a template structure. The high-temperature softened slab coming out of the mold immediately enters the shaping table.
·Vacuum system: Through strong vacuum adsorption force, the molten billet is tightly adsorbed onto the cooling surface of the shaping mold, accurately replicating the complex structure of the mold design.
·Cooling system: The shaping table consists of multiple sections with dense cooling water channels built in, which must efficiently and uniformly cool and solidify the board to maintain its shape and prevent deformation. The cooling effect directly affects production speed and quality.
4. Multi track tractor
·Provide strong, smooth, and even traction. Due to the high frictional resistance of building templates, multiple tracks (usually at least two or more pairs) are required to jointly pull them to ensure that they do not slip or deform.
·The traction speed must be seamlessly synchronized with the extrusion speed, with extremely high precision requirements.
5. Automatic cutting and stacking device
·Tracking automatic cutting saw: During the cutting process, the speed of the saw carriage is synchronized with the speed of the sheet metal to ensure a smooth and burr free cut.
·Flip stacker crane: The cut templates are automatically stacked neatly. Due to the large size of building templates, flipping or gantry stacking is usually used to avoid bending of the boards due to their own weight.
6. Complete set of auxiliary systems
·Automatic feeding system: including raw material storage, metering, conveying (vacuum feeding machine), and raw material drying machine (although PP does not have strong water absorption, modified materials may need to be dried).
·Vacuum system: Provide stable and sufficient vacuum negative pressure for the shaping table.
·Water circulation system: including water tank, water pump, cooling tower, etc., providing cooling for extruder, mold and shaping table.
·Intelligent control system: using PLC or industrial computer centralized control, touch screen human-machine interface. Accurately controlling all parameters such as temperature, extrusion speed, traction speed, vacuum degree, cutting length, etc. in each section is the "brain" of the production line.

2. Applicability of extruder: Confirm whether the extruder has been specially designed for high filling PP materials (such as screw configuration, wear-resistant treatment).
3. Stability and accuracy of the entire line: Inquire about the brand of key components (such as PLC, frequency converter, vacuum pump, water pump) to ensure the long-term reliability of equipment operation.
4. Case and reputation: Check whether the manufacturer's equipment has successful customer cases and conduct on-site inspections of the production line that is currently in operation as much as possible.
5. Comprehensive service capability: including installation and debugging, operation training, process formula guidance, after-sales service response speed, and spare parts supply capability. The process debugging of producing building templates is crucial.
