Product Features
Our system integrates a high-torque parallel twin-screw extruder, known for superior mixing and stable output. The key to product quality lies in the vacuum calibration table, which uses powerful suction to accurately form the hollow cavities and rapidly cool the sheet. A servo-driven haul-off ensures consistent tension, preventing deformation. The entire line is PLC-controlled for precise synchronization of speed, temperature, and cutting.
Material Applications
PP/PE board: Recyclable packaging boxes, logistics pallets, agricultural greenhouse panels, and signage.
PC board: Building skylights, highway noise barriers, sunrooms, and protective covers,etc.
Product Main Components
1.Extruder – The "heart" of the line. Transforms plastic particles into a uniform, high-temperature viscous melt.
2.Mold (Die) – Distributes molten plastic into precise cross-sectional shapes. Determines board quality.
3.Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Table – Uses vacuum negative pressure to form hollow structures while circulating water cools and solidifies the board.
4.Haul-off/Puller – Provides stable, uniform traction synchronized with extrusion speed.
5.Cutter – Cuts boards to fixed lengths with synchronous cutting for smooth edges.
6.Stacker/Receiving Table – Automatically stacks cut boards, reducing manual labor.
7.Auxiliary Systems – Includes vacuum, cooling water, automatic feeding, and PLC control.
