Double Shaft Shredder Machine

The double shaft shredder machine is a heavy-duty size reduction unit designed for processing bulky, tough waste materials at low speed with high torque. Two counter-rotating shafts fitted with thick, interchangeable steel hooks grab, tear, and shear materials like lump plastics, PP/PE purgings, rubber tires, wood, and even metal drums, reducing their volume for further recycling.

Our key feature is the intelligent control system. If the machine jams on an unshreddable object, the shafts automatically reverse, clear the jam, and restart. The "hook" cutters are made from highly wear-resistant alloy steel and can be removed and resharpened multiple times. The low-speed, high-torque operation produces less noise and dust compared to high-speed granulators, and it prevents materials from overheating or melting.

5. Hydraulic system: Hydraulic-driven pusher plate (for large equipment) feeds material uniformly. Knife shaft reversal expels foreign objects when jamming.

6. Control system: PLC intelligent control monitoring current, temperature, and pressure, with overload protection and fault alarm.
