Waste Plastic Crusher Machine

The waste plastic crusher machine is the core pre-treatment equipment in the plastic recycling industry. Its task is to crush various shapes and sizes of waste plastics (such as bottles, films, pipes, profiles, waste products, etc.) into uniformly sized small pieces (commonly known as "flakes" or "fragments") through cutting, impact, grinding, etc., for subsequent cleaning, sorting, granulation and other processes.

The waste plastic crusher machine mainly crushes materials through the shearing, tearing, and impact effects generated between the rotating moving blade and the fixed fixed blade. The basic workflow is as follows:

1. Feeding: Waste plastics are fed into the hopper of the crusher through a conveyor belt or manually.

2. Cutting and crushing: The high-speed rotating moving blade and the fixed fixed blade form a scissor effect, grabbing, cutting, and shredding the plastic.

3. Screening and filtration: The crushed material falls through the bottom installed sieve. Fragments larger than the sieve aperture will be picked up again by the passive knife and undergo secondary crushing.

·Features: Large shear force, strong power, stable operation, and loud noise.

·Applicable scenarios:

·Large/thick walled plastics: large plastic buckets, car bumpers, plastic pallets, septic tanks, large pipes.

·Block shaped sprue material: The sprue and runner material blocks generated by injection molding machines.

·Hard plastics: waste products made of materials such as ABS, PC, PS, PP, PE, etc.

·Image understanding: It is a "power player" who specializes in dealing with "tough guys".

2. Silent crusher

·Structure: It is usually designed as a single axis, but the knife box, base, etc. have undergone sound insulation treatment for better sealing. A special knife shaped design is used to reduce cutting noise.

·Features: Extremely low noise (usually below 75 decibels, far below the 100+decibels of traditional crushers), compact design, and good dust control.

3. Special crusher for pipes/profiles

·Structure: It is mostly designed with a flat blade and has a large feeding port, which facilitates the feeding of long and narrow pipes and profiles. Usually equipped with a roller type automatic feeding device.

·Features: The feeding port is optimized for long materials, and the tool design can effectively avoid long material entanglement.

·Applicable scenarios:

·PVC/PE/PP pipes: building sewer pipes and wire conduits.

·Plastic profiles: door and window profiles, panels.

4. Film/Soft Plastic Special Crusher

·Structure: Mostly designed with spiral blade shafts or special hook shaped blades, with high spindle speed.

·Features: Strong anti entanglement ability, specially designed for light and soft materials (such as negative pressure suction, star shaped knife to prevent entanglement).

·Applicable scenarios:

·Film category: agricultural film, plastic film, packaging film, shopping bag.

·Fibers/filaments: fishing nets, non-woven fabrics, ton bags.

·Bottle slices: PET mineral water bottles, beverage bottles (need to remove the label first).

·Image understanding: It is "Spider Man", specialized in dealing with "soft and fluffy" enemies.

5. Plastic bottle special crusher (de labeling crushing integrated machine)

·Structure: A specially designed integrated device. First, the label paper on the bottle body is peeled off by a label remover, and then the pure bottle body is sent to a crusher for crushing.

·Features: It integrates de labeling, crushing, and cleaning, and is a standard production line for PET bottle recycling.

·Applicable scenario: specifically designed for the recycling of PET beverage bottles.

Choosing the wrong shredder can lead to low efficiency, high maintenance costs, and even inability to use. Please make sure to clarify the following points:

1. Plastic material: Is it hard plastic (such as ABS, PC) or soft plastic (such as PE film, PP woven bag)? Different materials have varying hardness and toughness, requiring different blade designs and machine torques.

2. Material form: block, sheet, strip or film? This determines the size of the feeding port and the type of machine (such as flat mouth, inclined mouth, pipe specific).

3. Capacity requirement: How many kilograms of raw materials are expected to be processed per hour? This determines the model size and motor power of the machine.

4. Discharge size: What size do you want the broken plastic sheet to be? This determines the choice of sieve aperture. Usually 3-12mm is a common range.

5. Follow up process: Will it be directly melted and granulated after crushing, or does it need to be cleaned? If cleaning is required, the discharge size cannot be too small, otherwise it will be difficult to clean and cause high losses.

6. Working environment: Is it in a noisy factory workshop, or does it need to be placed next to an injection molding machine or in a laboratory? This determines whether to choose the silent type.
