PVC Hot And Cooling Mixer

The PVC hot and cooling mixer unit combines two essential functions into a single, efficient production station. The process begins in the high-speed "hot" mixer, where PVC resin and additives are heated via frictional heat to around 120°C. This allows for full absorption of plasticizers and stabilizers. The hot, dry blend is then discharged directly into the lower "cooling" mixer, where a slow-moving blade and a water-jacketed chamber reduce the temperature to 40-50°C.
